03 / My perspective
What happens
the day after?

A prototype, a workshop, or a successful event can be a beginning. The question that keeps me engaged is what it makes possible next.

My approach starts with people and their lived experience. I use design to understand the challenge, connect the right disciplines, and build a path from a promising idea to practical application.

04 / A little about me

A designer’s mind.
A wider canvas.

I’m a Brooklyn-based designer, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience across product development, innovation, and education.

My practice grew from industrial design into founding Milestone Studio and Milestone Labs, advising ventures, and developing learning experiences and collaborations with educational and community institutions.

Today, my work at NYC FIRST brings these interests together through STEM education, program leadership, and partnerships. Across roles, I’m drawn to the space where understanding people leads to new possibilities.
